Dear Patients of CPO,

We are happy to announce our return on June 1st 2020. Due to COVID 19, we are implementing the following precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our patients and our staff.

We require all patients ages 3 and older to wear a mask while in the office. If you do not have a mask, we will happily provide one for you.

Prior to entry, we will ask you a series of COVID 19 screening questions as well as taking your temperature with a contactless thermometer.

Hand sanitizers will be located throughout the office for your use and we ask all patients to use some when they arrive.

We will be spacing out all of our appointments in order to maintain proper social distancing, as well as allowing us to sterilize the exam room and common areas imbetween patients. Unfortunately, we are not accepting walk in exams, as we are going strictly by appointment only.

Only the patient is allowed in the exam room with the Doctor. Only one parent or guardian is allowed in the exam room if the patient is a minor (17years of age or younger).

If you are here to pick up or drop off glasses or contacts, please give us a call when you arrive and we will come out and provide curbside assistance.

Mon 10am – 4pm
Tues 10am – 4pm
Weds Closed
Thurs 10am – 4pm
Fri 10am – 4pm
Sat 10am – 1pm
Sun Closed
